More About The Childcare Provider

Childcare Provider Details

I am a qualified nursery nurse and have worked with children for over 30 years. I run my business from my semi-detached home where my whole house is registered. I have ample play space and various resources to suit all ages. I have an enclosed, safe garden which is extremely safe and we go out there to explore in all weathers.

I plan lots of great invitations to play, including activities such as messy play, construction, problem solving, outings, and adapt these activities for the individual child’s needs in order for the child to get what they need from the activity. I then plan their individual next steps in order to provide the best possible outcomes for the child, working closely with you, as their family in order to do this.

I have a 17 year old son who holds a DBS and is excellent with the children, the children become part of our extended family as they settle and thrive within my setting.

My last Ofsted inspection was January 2020 where I was awarded an 'Outstanding' for the third inspection in a row (the previous one being 2015)
