More About The Organisation
Vertigo, tinnitus and deafness these are the symptoms of Ménière's disease. If you have this condition, the Ménière's Society (UK) can help you with information and support. Join the Society and receive a comprehensive information pack, our quarterly magazine, SPIN and a contact list.
The Ménière's Society was founded in 1984 by Mrs Marie Nobbs MBE to support people with Ménière's disease and those who care for them. The Society acquired charitable status in 1987 and by 1995 membership had grown to 2,200. With increased publicity about Ménière's disease and the improved services the Society offers, membership now stands at over 5,500. The Society's members are found in all parts of the UK, with a small number from other countries including Ireland, Spain, Australia and the USA.
