Our Complex Health Needs Service is a team of specialist professional staff who provide assessment, support, advice and therapeutic intervention to adults with a Learning Disability and complex needs. The service also provides help and support to families and carers.

Who can use your service?
This service is for anyone aged 18+ with learning disabilities and/or a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Condition who lives in the Bath and North East Somerset (B&NES) area and is registered with a B&NES GP.
The criteria for Learning Disabilities eligibility is:
•A significantly reduced ability to understand new or complex information and to learn new skills
•A reduced ability to cope independently
•Both of the above arising before adulthood
•IQ less than 70
