We recognise that moving to independence can be a difficult, risky business. Our aim is to provide young people with the necessary skills and support to make it a positive experience.
Our Pathways services offer an integrated range of supported accommodation.
Pathways services range from high support for vulnerable young people with complex needs to low support for those almost ready to move on.
Pathways, Wells Road, Bath
Pathways provide accommodation to vulnerable 16-19 year olds with high support needs and are staffed 24 hours a day.
Cleveland House is a low support project providing accommodation for nine young people, with seven homes for single young people plus two large bedsits for teenage parents.
Bloomfield Road is a high to medium support hostel for single young homeless people aged 16-18. Bloomfield Road is a six-bedroom house with shared kitchens and a large garden.
How do people access your service?

Any professional working with a young person: Housing Departments, Connexions, Social Services, YOT, Off the Record
Clients are allocated accommodation based on need and the current level of risk that their situation places them in.
Rent and service charge apply, please contact our hostel for details as fees change on a yearly basis.
