About Us

Connecting Families work with families offering intensive and practical support.

The aim of the Connecting Families initiative is to support and work together with ‘families of complex needs’, to turn their lives around, to encourage and develop new ways of working and to co-ordinate local services and meet the families need. During the current Covid -19 situation we can still offer support to families and are still accepting referrals, working with any potential issues that may arise and supporting families when and where we can.

They need a referral

Any family can self refer and any professional can also refer.Referrals also come through social care where a request for service has been completed.through the Early Help Allocation Panel.
