Bright Beginnings Baby Massage Course. Baby massage is a lovely way to soothe, calm and enjoy time with your baby, it also enhances bonding. Takes place 6 times per year in Radstock and Keynsham. Tel: 01225 396660 or 01225 395400 for more info.
A 5 week course with sessions lasting one and a half hours, facilitated by qualified Family Support Workers and Certified Infant Massage Instructors. Every week builds on what was learnt the previous week and is a mix of hands-on learning and trying out Infant Massage strokes (based on the International Association of Infant Massage programme), discussion time and play opportunities.
